Gently clean the area to remove body oils and skin residue. Do not use moisturizers, creams, or other skin products near the area before using the nipple shields, as this will reduce the adhesion of the nipple cover.
Apply the covers one side at a time. Make sure that when you apply it, your nipple is in the center of the nipple shield. Gently press the nipple shield into your skin to achieve the final result.
